Hey y’all!

I’m Julie Parker, a pastry chef and baker based in Baltimore, Maryland. As a native of Charleston, South Carolina, the vibrant food scene had a hold on me from childhood. I spent most of my youth saving for a Kitchenaid stand mixer (which I bought at the age of 12) and eating my way through some of the most influential restaurants in the south.

I’ve taken those dining experiences with me as I’ve moved aroud the globe. And along with that foundation, I spent time investing in education and work experience. The time spent in different kitchens and dining rooms has really helped me learn how I like to work, how to serve and be served, and what kind of leader I wanted to be.

All of these experiences have propelled me into starting this little bakery. Above all, I believe that life is meant to be seperated and I really believe it’s not a celebration without cake.
